1. Are your truly offeing hit counters 100% FREE?

Yes, we are not kidding. Our hit counters are completely free of charge, we don't even ask for your email address for our basic counters! Of course nothing is free in life, so tthere is a catch. Each web counter comes with a very small, non-intrusive text link from on of our advertisers that matches your web site visitors interest that's why we ask about your website's category on the sign up form. This type of advertising helps us with the cost of maintaining our website and helps us pay for hosting fees.

2. Why don't you ask for my registration information or Email?

We don't need to know your email address in order to count visitors on your web pages, unless you are interested to know more about your visitors and want to sign up for our advanced visitor tracking web stats package. If you decide to sign up for our advanced hit counters with visitor tracking, we need to know your email address so we can send you the login information to check your web stats.
We never send you any unsolicited emails or sell your email to any third parties, that's a promise! It's pretty absurd that a lot of other so called Free hit counter services ask for your personal details, only to spam you later with unsolicited emails and product offers. We are different, we just count your website hits and report them accuratly and safely.

3. Is it difficult to create and install the hit counter on my site?

It's really simple. In most cases you can be up an running with your own hit counter in less than a few mintues, but don't worr, even if you are new to HTML and web design, we provide you with very simple installation instrucions for your web counter.

3. Can I change your website counter code?

No. If you modify the hit counter code or remove our adverstisers' linking information it will disable the hit counter.

4. Can I reset my hit counter to zero?

Unfortunately no. You cannot reset your hit counter to zero. However, you can just simply download a new counter and set it to zero in the sign up process. For instructions on signing up for a new hit counter read FAQ #5 below.

5. How do I get a new hit counter?

You can simply go to our hit counter registration page and re-enter your information again. Please note, this process will reset your hit counter to the hit counter starting number you specify in the sign up process.

6. What happens to my account if I don't access my stats for a while?

If you don't login for more than 30 days to check your visitor stats we will delete your account automatically.This is necessary to keep running our web analytics system at optimium speed.

7. Can I place the Basic or Advanced web counters on password protected or secure HTTPS pages?

No, since our system can't check if the sponsored link is present on the pages that are protected by passwords or secure HTTP protocol, the counter will display an image warning about the sponsor link being removed.

8. Can the advanced counter block registering my own clicks on my own site?

Yes it can, you can easily enter your IP address or ISP idenfication string on the configuration menu and your visits will not increase the hit count.
