- We provide our hit counter absolutely free of charge to be used on your personal or business web site.
- We do not permit our hit counters to be placed on password protected or secure pages within your website.
- We make no guarantee as to the reliability of our hit counters or offer any uptime or performance guarantees.
- We require your agreement to place a sponsored link under our free web counters and you must agree not to remove the sponsored link. If you do so, we’ll terminate our free hit counter service.
- You can terminate you hit counter service at any time and we may do the same at our discretion.
- We don’t permit our free hit counters to be used on web sites that encourage illegal activities or racism. Sites that promote spam, sponsor or promote child pornography or would be found offensive in any way are not permitted to use our hit counters on their websites.
- We are not liable for any sort of damages, direct or consequential, resulting from the use our services, any failure to provide service, suspension of service, or termination of service. We do not guarantee the availability or the reliability of our services.
- YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, LIABILITY COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY THIRD-PARTY'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INFRINGEMENT OF ANY COPYRIGHT, VIOLATION OF ANY PROPRIETARY RIGHT AND INVASION OF ANY PRIVACY RIGHTS. THIS OBLIGATION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT.
- We do not rent, sell, or exchange your names, personal information, or email address to third-party companies for their marketing purposes.
